These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website steelboost.io ("Site") and the services provided by SteelBoost (UpMax LLC) ("SteelBoost," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
SteelBoost provides digital growth services for structural steel companies, including but not limited to search engine optimization, paid advertising management, CRM configuration, and content creation. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements between SteelBoost and each client.
2. Use of This Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; (c) use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; or (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SteelBoost (UpMax LLC) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written consent.
4. Client Agreements
Service engagements are governed by separate client agreements that specify scope, pricing, payment terms, and deliverables. These Terms govern your use of the website; client agreements govern the service relationship. In the event of a conflict, the client agreement takes precedence for active service engagements.
5. 90-Day Guarantee
Our 90-day guarantee applies to active service clients only and is subject to the terms defined in the individual client agreement. The guarantee specifies that if SteelBoost does not generate measurable, qualified leads within 90 days of campaign launch, we will continue working at no additional charge until the agreed benchmark is met. Specific benchmarks are defined at kickoff.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to Google, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms — SteelBoost does not mark up or handle ad spend. Payment terms, methods, and late payment policies are specified in client agreements.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of all advertising accounts, CRM data, and assets created during the engagement. SteelBoost retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal processes.
8. Limitation of Liability
SteelBoost provides growth services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, contract awards, or business results beyond the metrics defined in the 90-day guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteelBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site.
9. Disclaimer
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SteelBoost does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
